A judge has said he cannot hear a civil case between two former legal partners.
The case between Kieran O'Gorman and Michael Cunningham, who were formerly business partners at O'Gorman Cunningham Solicitors, was due to be heard today.
However, when Judge Conal Gibbons arrived at Letterkenny District Court, he announced he could not hear the case.
Judge Gibbons said he knew both solicitors involved and that it would be unfair to hear the case.
He said he would contact the office of the president of the High Court to arrange a new date for a Judge who was not known to both solicitors.
