Beidh €2,200 sa phóta óir don seachtain seo. Bhain na daoine seo leanas €20 an ceann Gwen Brennan Faiirhill, John J. Huston Saltpans, Evelyn Boyle Meenmore, Johnny McCole Derrydruel agus Mary McGee Meenmore.

Bhain Jamsie Gallagher as Meenmore, Roseanne O’Donnell as Annagry, Aidan Thomas as Crolly agus Kate Harley as Mullaghduff €100 ag an Bhingo.

The 8th draw in the forth series of the 200 Club was held on Sunday night the 31st of March at the bingo and the winners are as follows for the month of April, 1st €1,000 – Nan Doherty as Main Street, 2nd €500 – John Ward as Cronashallog, 3rd €300 – Patrick Kerr as Tubberkeen, 4th €100 – Ann O’Donnell as Falmore, 5th €100 – Marty Boyle as The Glen.

Well done to all the winners and thanks to everyone for their continued support.

This will go towards the development of our facilities at Pairc na Rosann.

The Minor recorded an away victory away to Ballyshannon last Tuesday night, winning by six points, Adam Neely getting the goal.

Well done to Mark McCole on securing an All-Ireland boxing title last Friday night.

Dungloe u-16s girls played their 1st lge game today against Ardara.

They put in a great performance in the first half and only trailed by 1pt at half time 4-3 to 3-3 with goals from zaria Boyle, Bridgeen Walsh and Jasmine Gallagher.

Unfortunately the girls ran out of steam in the 2nd half against the wind and lost out to a very strong Ardara team.

Their next game is next week at home to Kilcar so come along and support the girls.

Well done to the ladies beating Cloughaneely 3-7 to 2-4 away on Friday evening, good all round performance, led by 4 at half time. Aine Hanlon with 2 goals and Sharon Boyle 1 goalscorers. Zaria, Michela Gallagher, Orla mc Dowell and Sarah o Boyle played well.

Division 2 All County League – Good Friday – Match Report

Dungloe 2-09 Glenfin 0-11.

Dungloe got their Division 2 league campaign off to a winning start on Good Friday defeating Glenfin in Rosses Park.

It was the visitors who raised the white flag first in the opening minute of the game with a point from a free by Kieran Moy.

Adrian Sweeney levelled matters on 6 mins pointing for the home side and this was quickly followed 2 mins later by a point from Adrian Hanlon.

The home side had to watch their next two attacks fall either side of the posts before Adrian Hanlon was on hand to flick to the back of the net after Conor Greene’s shot on goal was cleared by Glenfin keeper Andrew Walsh on 11 mins.

Raymond Sweeney stretched the home sides lead further by pointing on 12 mins.

Glenfin’s goal chance on 16 mins was saved by Ciaran Sharkey and the resulting 50 was dropped short and cleared up the field.

Again the home side’s shooting boots let them down and their many scorable chances went abegging as the game entered the final 10 mins.

David McCarron pointed on 21 mins for Dungloe but Kieran moy pointing from a free on 28 mins kept the visitors in touch before half time to leave the half time score Dungloe 1-4 Glenfin 0-2.

The Visitors started the second half more determined and points from Michael McGlynn, Kieran Moy, Gerard Ward (2 1F), Frank McGlynn, Kierand Moy and Frank McGlynn put them in front as the game entered the final quarter.

Doalty Boyle pointed for Dungloe and Adrian Sweeney hit a free to level matters again on 17 Mins. Frank McGlynn pointed for Glenfin but again Sweeney levelled matters pointing from a free.

It was Sweeney who put the home side in front again pointing from a placed ball on 21 mins.

Dungloe substitute Paul ferry pointed on 24 mins to put 2 between the sides and Adrian Hanlon ensured the points for the home side firing to the back of the net as the game entered the final 5 mins.

Kieran Moy pointed from a free for Glenfin on 28 mins to leave the final score Dungloe 2-09 Glenfin 0-11.
