DONEGAL’S Shane McLaughlin will go head-to-head with Cork teenager Kelly Mongan on The Voice on Sunday – and will perform The Zutons number ‘Valerie’, RTE has announced.
McFly will be the special musical guests on the night, performing Shine a Light and Love is Easy.
The show will again be broadcast on Sunday, April 7 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, with the results included in the two-hour programme.
Sunday’s show will see two singers from each team perform. Their final scores will be a combination of viewers’ votes and coaches’ marks. However, the coaches cannot mark their own acts.
The four highest placed acts (votes and marks combined) will go through to the next round, with the singer with the most votes from the remaining four also making it through.
