FEATURES: Aoibhinn represents herself and Letterkenny Gaels in the programme which recognises and develops young leaders who give to their communities.
As part of the award for completing the first of 3 modules Aoibhinn received her certificate from GAA President and reps from Foróige and NUIG.
She hopes to complete the full course by June and use it to lead groups within Letterkenny Gaels.
Following on from its successful pilot in 2014-15, the GAA, Foróige, and NUIG are delighted to announce that the innovative Dermot Earley Youth Leadership Initiative application process is now open to 15 young GAA club members, male and female aged 15-18 years-old, in counties Roscommon, Galway, Cork, Tipperary, Dublin, Kildare, Donegal and Monaghan.
