Two men entered Nyne’s Gala Service Service Station in the Killylastin area near Glencar.
One of the men was believed to be armed.
The men escaped on foot with a sum of cash.
Gardai are viewing CCTV as part of their investigation.
It is the latest in a number of armed raids in Letterkenny in recent weeks.
