Mixed fortunes today for the senior and reserve team against Glenfin away in the league, the seniors recorded a victory on a score-line of Gleann Fhinne 3-8 An Clochán Liath 2-14 a good all round team performance with four of our minors featuring and where Noel McBride, Corey Gallagher and Adrian Hanlon excelled through out.
The reserves were beaten on a score line of Gleann Fhinne 2-8 An Clochán Liath 0-7 where Evan Bonner and Paul Ferry were best.
Hard luck to our minor team who were defeated in the county League minor final on a score line of An Clochan Liath 1-6 St. Eunans 1-10 last Friday evening in Killygordon.
The boys had a strong 2nd half but failed to convert their chances. Still its been a great season so far and hopefully their good form continues into championship which is due to be run at the start of July.
Well done lads and keep up the hard work.
