Lotto & 100+ Club

There was no jackpot winning sequence in this weeks Lotto draw but Glenoir Kelly won €30 in the lucky dip. Numbers drawn were 1,2,4,6,5,7,3,8. Next weeks Lotto jackpot is €2,300. The Lotto sellers in the coming weeks are: 25th May – Gerard McColgan, 1st June – Samuel Patterson, 8th June – Liam Kelly and 15th June – Paul Bradley.

 

The winner of the 100+ Club draw this week was Damien McKelvey who wins €100. Thanks to all for their continued support of the weekly Lotto & 100+ Club.

 

Seniors & Reserves

The seniors played St Nauls in Mountcharles on Sunday afternoon. The lads got off to a great start with a well taken goal from Martin Bonner and the sides were level at half time. But in the second half the home team finished strong to end up winners. Final score: Red Hughs 1-11 St Nauls 3-11. Damien Browne (0-7), Martin Bonner (1-0), Colm Melaugh (0-2), Peadar McGlinchey (0-1) and Thomas McMenamin (0-1) got the scores.

 

Both teams are down to play Naomh Colmcille at home next Saturday 25th May with the senior at 7.30pm and reserve at 6.00pm. All come out and support the teams. This fixture is subject to change so keep an eye on facebook page and local press for details.

 

Minor Board

Well done to the U8 & U10 teams who took part in blitzes over the weekend.

 

The U12 A & B teams take on N. Colmcille, Newtown away next Monday 27th May at 7.00pm.

 

Underage training continues this Saturday from 11.00-12.00 noon for all children. U12 girls training is also on Saturday from 11.00-12.00 noon. All new players are still welcome.

 

U14 girls training continues at the pitch on Wednesday from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. All girls are asked to attend. All new players still welcome.

 

Donegal Creameries 5K Run/Jog/Walk

Donegal Creameries are holding a 5k run/jog/walk next Tuesday 28th May starting from the Cross at 7.00pm. Registration at Donegal Creameries until 6.30pm. Cost of entry €5. All proceeds are in aid of Special Olympics Ireland and all are welcome.

 

Circuit Training

Circuit training classes take place in the clubhouse on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Classes are open to men and women of all fitness levels and are a great chance to meet your fitness goals giving a total body workout. Classes takes place on Monday at 7.00pm, Wednesday at 10.30am and Thursday at 6.30pm. Classes are open to all within or outside the Red Hughs club.
