Murdered: Bogdan Michalkiewicz
A FUNERAL Mass is to be held on Tuesday for tragic murder victim Bogdan Michalkiawicz, stabbed to death at his Letterkenny apartment two weeks ago.
The 41-year-old was found dead by his brother on Wednesday May 15, two days after he was last seen alive.
There have been no arrests as yet in the ongoing Garda murder investigation.
Bogdan’s Polish relatives have arrived in Donegal and a funeral Mass will be held at St Eunan’s Cathedral at 5pm tomorrow evening. His remains will be taken to Roselawn in Belfast for cremation afterwards.
The killing has left people living in the Riverside apartments area terrified.
It’s understood Gardai have made considerable progress in their hunt for the killer who subjected 41-year-old Bogdan to a sustained and horrific attack.
