A well-known Letterkenny bar is to open again with a new landlady.
The Wolfe Tone Bar at Lower Main Street has been closed for a number of months.
But former employee of the premises, Leanne Toland, has successfully applied to the courts to become the new licensee.
Ms Toland was granted the license at yesterday’s sitting of Letterkenny Circuit Court.
In evidence Ms Toland said she was familiar with the licensing laws and said she knew it was an offense to serve alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age.
Judge John O’Hagan wished Ms Toland good luck in her new venture.
