A housefire has destroyed a home in the Portsalon area.
The fire started around 9am this morning and quickly spread.
A number of units of the fire service form Milford and Letterkenny rushed to the scene and attempted to put out the blaze.
It is now understood the blaze has been brought under control.
It is not belived there are any injuries.
