Knives are being sharpened, recipes fine tuned, coats being starched and that is only the Celebrity Chefs.
Cocktails are being shaken, meals planned, beer brewed, breads baked, finishing touches added all of our 105 Exhibitor Stands.
With this display of Exhibitors there is definitely something for everyone in the Audience!!!
All kinds of Meats, Sausages, Puddings, Chicken, Venison, Wild Hog, catches of all Fish, smoked, shellfish, fish skewers, Seaweed, Mosses powders from the sea,etc. etc.
What about the display of sauces, relishes, toppings, coatings, marinades vinegars and oils all to enhance any dish.
Now for the sweeter finishes, Nectars, Honey’s, Jam’s, etc
Artisan Breads, Speciality Confectionery, Homemade & Handmade Cakes, Bakes, Chocolates, Cupcakes to increase that waistline!!!!
To wash all down there’s Chilled Wines, Beers, Liqueurs, Cocktails, and Ciders
Dairy Products to include Yoghurts, Ice creams etc and off course for those of you who are undeniably sticking to that diet over weekend, there will be fresh fruit, Healthy Eating Options and loads of Lifestyle Products to keep you on track.
For the budding chef in you there will be an abundance of culinary utensils to include, pots, pans, knives, presses, crockery etc.
To bring out the child in all of us there will be a fantastic Fireworks display over Donegal Bay on the Official Opening Evening 23rd August 2013.
