IT may only be a matter of a few weeks old but everyone appears to ‘row’ in behind a good cause in Mountcharles.
Mountcharles Rowing Club was set up in May 2013 and this weekend it is gearing up for its first Regatta.
Its been 36 years since a Regatta was held in the area and the club is preparing for what has all the expectation of being a fantastic day of racing.
Facilities at Mountcharles Big Pier along with the amenities and viewing for visitors promises a good day for all the family.
Clubs from across Donegal including Moville, Tráighéanach, Kincasslagh, Burtonport, Loughross, Killybegs, Inver, CCF (Cloughaneely) and Donegal are to attend.

With all these clubs present it promises to be the largest contented regatta of the season and it being the LAST regatta makes it all the more special and one not to be missed.
