Donegal Hospice
A coffee day in aid of the Donegal Hospice will be held at the home of John and Patricia Guthrie, Callan, Drumkeen on Sat 14th Sept from 12 noon until late. Please come along and support this very worthy cause.
The Gathering, Irish Hooley Supporting the Oncology Unit
A fantastic night is planned for the gathering, and to raise funds for the Oncology Unit in Letterkenny on Thursday the 5th of September in Kee’s Hotel. Doors will open at 8pm and the show starts at 8.30 sharp. The following acts will ensure that a great night’s entertainment will be showcased; Realtadance, Brian O’Sullivan, Tommy Byrne, Megan Lucas, Dory & Fergus, Farrah, and a fashion walk around by top Irish designer Edel Mc Bride, then to be followed by an Irish Dance Night with the Duntally Ceile Band. Donations on the night will go towards the Letterkenny Oncology Unit.
Jiving Lessons
Jiving lessons for beginners will be commencing in St. Patrick’s hall in late Sept. More details to follow soon.
Drumkeen Youth Club
The youth club will be up and running again very soon. All members must be 12 or over on Sept 01st 2013. More details later.
Tyrconnel Martyrs Flute Band
The band will be having a break for a few weeks as the young ones are back to school and the older ones need hibernation.
