GARDAI have now reopened a road after the death of a lorry driver yesterday.
The 38-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident close to Leonard’s Garage on the Pettigo to Laghey Road.
The articulated lorry left the road during the crash which took place just after noon.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
Gardai in Ballyshannon completed their investigations this evening.
The victim – Lithuanian national Prasnas Asmonas- worked for a haulage firm in Co Monaghan.
The father of two was returning to Dublin from Killybegs where he had collected a load of frozen fish.
