The Lady Captain’s Outing was held in Ballyliffin and 32 ladies were in attendance.

The weather conditions were testing as was the Glasheady Course but it was great to have such a big turnout of ladies of mixed golfing abilities, most of whom said they enjoyed the opportunity to play on such a renowned course.

The outing was won by Tracy Spence who claimed the perpetual Tam O’Shanter, the much coveted annual award!

Many thanks to our Lady Captain Sandra for her generosity in the provision of goody bags for golf and the pre dinner drinks, getting the evening celebrations off to a flying start.

There will be a 9 hole scramble held on 10th September. Please see noticeboard for AM and PM draw sheet.

All lady members are invited to play, especially beginners and improvers. All welcome.

Tickets are still available for the Centenary draw which is scheduled to be held in October please contact any committee member or the shop.
