An open community evening will be held at the Finn Valley Leisure Centre Friday October 4th @ 7-30.

The focus for the occasion will be the unveiling of a plaque which acknowledges the contribution of the local community in the 1970′s towards a local swimming pool.
The dream of that committee has finally been achieved by a Donegal County Council / Finn Valley Athletic Club partnership and it gives all of the community an opportunity to publicly acknowledge those individuals and families, some of whom have passed away.
Those who contributed are particularly welcome as are the rest of the community.
It will be a good opportunity to view the fabulous facility that is now in place and there will be a cup of tea on offer.
