Well last week was exciting I must say! I appeared on Tv3′s Ireland AM to discuss my campaign. It was so exciting! The feedback I received was incredible. Image may be NSFW.

Within hours of being on, my email was flooded with people from around the country telling me their own personal battles with Ewing’s.
I felt very proud afterwards:) If you missed it you can watch it on Tv3′s website.
The presenters made me feel so welcome which settled my nerves a bit:)
Afterwards I travelled to Dundrum to meet with Don Nugent who set up the Ross Nugent Foundation. He is a lovely man with a huge heart.
Unfortunately Don lost his son Ross to Ewing’s in 2010 and along with his family he set up the foundation in Ross’s memory.
They do wonderful work and I am delighted to support such a worthy cause.
This week I decided to not go ahead with my up coming operation as I just don’t feel that now is the right time for it. I would rather put up with the pain than give up my campaign.
My next challenge will be diving which I am extremely excited about! Stay tuned:)
