Rosapenna Notes
The mini Christmas Hamper was played for over the Old Tom Morris Links last Sunday the 1st of December.
The winner with 41pts was Shane Doherty 17.
The runner up was Raymond Doody 15 with 40pts.
The gross winner was Conor McMenamin 6 with 34 gross pts.
Third place was Garvin Toye 17 with 40pts.
The front nine winner was John Casey with 21pts and the back nine winner was Patrick McClafferty with 22pts.
There will be a club competition on Sunday the 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th of December.
The gents AGM will take place in the Golf Pavilion this coming Friday the 6th of December at 8.30pm and all members are encouraged to attend.
The annual Rosapenna Golf Club Dinner Dance will take place this Saturday the 7th in the Golf Pavilion.
Tickets are still available from any committee member and from the Pavilion Golf Shop.
The Open Four Person Scramble held over the Old Tom Morris Links on Saturday the 30th was won by Martin McDermott, Jimmy Callan, John Sweeney & Eoin O’Neill with 56.25 nett.
There was a great turnout on the day and many thanks to all who took part.
Good luck to the Gaeltacht League team who are away this Saturday the 7th on December to Dunfanaghy G.C.
There will be a club presentation on Sunday the 22nd of December in the Golf Pavilion.
Congratulations to Paul Travers who recorded a career first hole in one on the Par 3 7th hole on the Old Tom Morris Links during the Christmas Hamper.

The entry will be in the Pavilion Golf Shop with the entry fee set at – Visitors – 20e

Any uncollected club prizes from the recent presentation are available for collection from the Pavilion Golf Shop during opening hours.
The Ladies Christmas Hamper will take place this Saturday the 7th over the Old Tom Morris Links with 9.00/9.10am & 11.30/11.40am reserved.
Six inch placing not near the hole on fairways only is now in effect.
