THERE have been a further 23 Covid-19 related deaths in the Republic of Ireland confirmed today.
The country’s death toll has risen to 1,339.
A further 211 positive cases have been confirmed by the National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET) today.
The number of confirmed cases in Ireland is now 21,983.
One new case has been confirmed in Donegal up to 2nd May, bringing the county total to 466.
