An award-winning Filipino artist living in Co Donegal has donated two paintings to help raise funds following the Typhoon Haiyan disaster.
One of the paintings by Marvin Baldemor has already been sold and the other is on display at Macs Mace on the High Road, Letterkenny.
This is a fabulous opportunity to acquire a beautiful piece of art.
His work has been widely exhibited in art galleries in Letterkenny, Sligo, Dublin and Belfast.
The painting depicts the artist’s interpretation and links between his Filipino and Irish culture. It measures: 28 x 22 inches (Framed)
Local photographer Brian Mc Daid framed the picture free of charge to help with the fund-raising project.
Paddy Mc Teague, Respite Coordinator at Ballymacool Respite House, Letteerkenny, is organising the sale of the painting.

All money raised will go to the Irish Red Cross to support its campaign in the Philippines.
