Rosapenna Notes
The club competition on Sunday the 5th of January was played over the Old Tom Morris Links and the winner was Pete Gallagher. 
The runner up was Brian Kelly.
The Old Tom Morris Links is now closed with the Sandy Hills Links in full play for all members, guests and inter club matches.
The following local rule will be in play until further notice - A golf ball finishing on the fairway must be placed in the semi rough on either side.
A golf ball coming to rest in the semi rough or rough must be played as it lies.
A putter may be used on the fairway.
There are two temporary greens in play at the Par 5 13th & Par 4 18th.
The Coastguard Nine course is now also closed until further notice.
Good luck to the Rosapenna Gaeltacht League team who travel to Narin & Portnoo this coming Saturday the 11th for their fourth outing of this years campaign.
Rosapenna will then host Gweedore G.C at home on Saturday the 25th of January.
There will be club competitions on Sunday the 12th, 19th & 26th over the Sandy Hills Links.
The Ladies & Gents 2014 Captains Drive In is scheduled to take place on Saturday the 1st of February.

The next outing of the 2013/14 Mulroy Links will take place at Portsalon Golf Club on Saturday the 18th of January with two outings at Rosapenna in February, Saturday the 8th & 22nd.
Please contact Portsalon G.C directly regarding the timesheet for Saturday the 18th.
The North-West Alliance will visit Rosapenna (Sandy Hills Links) on Saturday March 8th.
