Darragh Black Selected for Donegal Minors
Congratulations to Darragh Black on his selection on the Donegal Minor team for 2014. The Minor league campaign begins on the 1st of February and Darragh will be hoping to field against Derry in the Championship before the Donegal Senior match on the 25th of May. Well done Darragh
*Kukri Ulster Schools All Star Team 2014*
Congratulations to Shannon McGroddy and Amber Barrett who were awarded their Kukri Ulster Schools All Star Team 2014 awards at the weekend. This is the third year Amber, named full forward, has been selected for the team and the second time Shannon, selected in midfield, have made the team. Congratulations girls, another proud day for the Club.
*Donegal News Sports Awards*
Unfortunately the Club did not win the Club of the Year at Friday nights Donegal News Sports Awards in the Silver Tassie. To be nominated for the award was still a great achievement and an acknowledgement of the Clubs success this year. There was a wealth of talent on show tonight and it opens your eyes to see so much sporting talent throughout the county. Congratulations to all the winners.
*Gaelic Life Ulster Team of the Year*
Commiserations to Cathal McGettigan who despite topping the polls for most of the voting ultimately wasn’t selected for the Gaelic Life Team of the Year. Nevertheless, to be nominated for this award was a massive achievement for Cathal and he has done the Club and himself very proud indeed. Congratulations to the Donegal representatives on the team, Neil Gallagher and Michael Murphy of Glenswilly.
*Crossfit*
Crossfit continues for all Senior, Reserve, U21 and Minor players every Monday (8.30pm) and Friday (7.30pm). Anyone interested in playing for the club are expected to attend, all welcome. Cost is e5 per week or e3 per session. Alternatively players can pay e20 for 4 weeks or e40 for the entire 8 week program

*Lotto*
This weeks lotto numbers were 11-13-16-18. No jackpot winner, 3 match 3 winners wins €25 each. Mick Terry, Milford, James Edward Friel, and Cheryl Towns. Next weeks Jackpot is €1,920.
*Lotto Database*
Lotto database players are reminded that end of year payments are now due. Anyone wishing to join the lotto database in 2014 can download the standing order form from the Club website or contact Joe McNulty. The benefits of joining the database are:

CLG BnaG Child Protection and Welfare Policy & Procedures and CLG BnaG Alcohol and Substance Abuse (ASAP) prevention Policy information sessions have been held for all members of the club executive and all those involved with underage teams. There will be further information sessions for underage members and their parents/guardians following the next registration in 2014.
