DD LOCAL: CASTLEFINN PARTNERSHIP INITIATIVE LAUNCH BASIC COMPUTER CLASSES

Messy Hands Baby and Toddler Group: Continues every Tuesday in the CPI Centre from 10:30am – 12:00pm.

Parenting Course: Are you parenting a Teenager? Do you need information around issues affecting young people? We just might have the answers.

Free 10 week course covering Cyberbullying, Behaviour Management, Sexual Health/Orientation, Exam Pressures, Healthy Eating and Lifestyle choices.

This course is starting on 4th February from 11:00am – 1:00pm in the Lifford/Clonleigh Resource Centre.

The course is has been designed in conjunction with Donegal Youth Service and the Lifford/Castlefinn Community Health Forum. For further information contact the centre on 074 – 9141773.

Castlefinn Partnership Initiative: Were now taking names for basic and intermediate computers. Please contact the CPI Centre on 074 – 9143976 for further details.

CPI Community Childcare: Will be hosting an open evening on Wednesday 5th March for parents and anyone who would like to learn more about what we do.

We are also recruiting for relief/sub childcare workers.

Castlefinn Men’s Sheds: The next meeting of Castlefinn Men’s Sheds Group will take place in the CPI centre on Wednesday 12th February at 7:00pm.

By this time the group will know if funding has been secured to further develop the project or if we will have to look elsewhere.
