Four Masters will play Division One football next season following a successful proposal by the Cloughaneely club at the monthly sitting of the county committee last night.
Four Masters will play in the top flight next season despite being defeated by Ardara in a relegation play-off match last season.
The structures for the forthcoming 2014 campaign were voted by clubs last night.
Unsuccessful motions were made by Naomh Muire and Ardara.
Naomh Muire proposed for the structures of the leagues to remain unchanged.
While Ardara proposed Division One to be comprised of 16 teams.
Both proposals were ultimately unsuccessful and it was the proposal by Cloughaneely which was voted for by the clubs.
Division One will be extended to a ten team division with teams playing each other twice home and away.
Division Two will also have ten teams with Downing making the step up from Division Three.
While Burt move from Division Four to Division Three following the minor alternations required due to the reshuffling of league structures.
There will be no return of a league final despite speculation it was to be reintroduced.
Whoever comes out on top in Division One will be crowned All-County League champions.
While those who finish top of the pile in Division two, three and four will be promoted.
Those who finish second from bottom in one division will face teams that finished second from top in the next division in a relegation/promotion play-off.
