SENIOR FOOTBALL

The Seniors took to the field in Mac Cumhaill Park on Sat evening for this first round of the Ulster League. To say the conditions were atrocious would be an understatement.  Sean MacCumhaills

The opposition on the night were Greenlough GAC who made the trip from Derry. The first half started brightly for Mac Cumhaills with a couple of early points.

Greenlough settled into and the rest of the half was even, with 3 points between the teams at the interval.

The second half was very much the same as the first, with both teams showing signs of being rusty.

The final score was Mac Cumhaills 0-09 Grennlough 0-06. Scorers for Mac Cumhaills were Rory Dunleavy 0-01, Ryan Duffy 0-01, Pat Mc Nulty 0-01, Steven O Reilly 0-01, Conor Patton 0-01, David White 0-04(2f).
