It was back to Mallusk an excellent venue, a venue strong in the memory of the older Valley and indeed Donegal athletes who made the Belfast January outing for what was at one time world class athletics. 
The occasion this week was Ulster Schools cross country finals and the major local impact was the victory of Aaron McGlynn of Ballinamore VS in Junior boys again in control as he outran the Co Down youngster McEniff who set the early pace.
Notable victory which sets him up for Irish finals in Cork next month.
In behind him Bryan Mc Namee, Deele College was having another good run finishing 6th underlining his immense athletic talent.
