Clg BnaG has been selected as one of two Donegal clubs to host a prestigious girls football promotion.
Ourselves and Bundoran was lucky to be chosen this week to host the successful Gaelic4Girls Programme.
G4G is a 12 week programme incorporating coaching sessions with fun non-competitive blitzes aimed at increasing participation in Ladies Gaelic Football.
The programme targets girls aged between 8-12 years who are not currently registered with a Ladies Gaelic Football club.
The undoubted highlight for each club is that their teams get to showcase their new skills in Croke Park with over 1,000 other players.
The programme will begin early April.
GAA National Club Draw
With prizes ranging from a trip for 2 to the 2014 International Rules series in Australia to a trip for 2 to New York for St Patricks day 2015, the GAA’s National Draw which takes place this year in Croke Park on St Patricks day.
As well as the prizes in the national draw, every ticket bought within the Club will be entered into our own Club draw also.
Tickets cost €10 and are available from all Club Executive members.
Draw for the Club prizes will take place on St Patricks day in the Clubhouse.
Tickets must be with Croke Park for March 7th for the National Draw therefore all tickets must be returned before that date.

Club membership will be soon due for the 2014 year.
Please be aware that Donegal tickets will only be sourced for paid up members of the Club.
The rates remain unchanged from 2013:
Family – €50
Senior – €20
U18 – €10

Gaelic for Mothers and Others
Our G4M+O training is on Monday evening at 7.30.
G4M+O is an initiative that is run by LGFA to introduce mothers and other woman to play gaelic, it sees women playing gaelic in a fun, non-competitive and social environment.
Being a mother is not a necessity but all participants must be 18 plus and NOT be playing competitively in a club team.

Ladies Preseason Training
Ladies preseason continues on Wednesdays from 7-8pm.
Lotto
This weeks lotto numbers were 1-2-17-19. No jackpot winner, no match 4 or 3, two entries drawn get 35 euro each, Martina Grier & Seamie Burke. Jackpot next week is €560.
