Rosses and Gweedore athletes going to the Sportshall Athletics trials in the Aura on Friday 21st at 6:30pm to pick Donegal u-13 and u15 teams for the Ulster Sporthall Athletics Finals are: 
Cillian Coyle, Michael Mc Fadden, Marc Walsh, Kyle Macadangdang, Hugh Ferry, Shane Boyle, Nicholas Wherley, Jonathan Doherty, Caoimhe Boyle, Saoirse Bonner, Orlaith Winters, Rachel Gallagher, Katie Wallace, Jade Mc Millan, Ciara Diver, Aoibh Gallagher, Mia Mc Devitt and Ciara Curran. U-15: Jessica Oglesby, Rebecca Greene, Saskia Boyle, Riana Mc Bride, Fodhla Mc Fadden, Ailbhe O Donnell, Joey Donald, Ryan Boyle, Colin Glackin.
The second 5k race in the club Spring Series took place last Sunday in Gweedore. John McCallion followed up his race 1 win in Burtonport with another victory closely followed by Adrian Ward and Edward Harkin.
Sarah Mulholland led the ladies home followed by Sinead Boyle and Aisling Diver. Huge thanks to Seaview Hotel for hospitality.
Fit4Life continues on Mondays at 6pm in Carrickfinn and circuits in Mullaghduff Hall on Wednesdays at 6pm. New members welcome.
Adult training continues at the Industrial Estate, Gweedore on Wednesdays at 7pm.
The long run group continue on a Sunday morning at 11am from the forestry entrance at the Blue Bridge at Gweedore Station.
New members always welcome with great turnouts every week.

Registrations are now due and membership for 2014 is only 20 euro.
