PCC Falcarragh have reached the Ulster Bank Arthurs cup final after defeating St.Patricks & St.Brigid’s Claudy in a fantastic game at Celtic Park in Derry.
Michael Langan was in sensational form for PCC scoring 1-8 of his sides 2-9 tally.
He was unstoppable throughout and was the crucial factor in PCC getting over the line.
PCC looked in real trouble as they trailed Claudy by five points at the interval with Claudy going in at the break 1-05 to 0-03 to the good.
However they showed great resolve and determination in the second half and came out all guns blazing with Langan in particular being the tormentor in chief to Claudy
It was a nervy and tense finish to the a classic match but PCC won by the minimum running out winners on a scoreline of PCC 2-09 Claudy 3-05.
It’s was a tremendous team effort from all the PCC team and they can now look forward to an Ulster final.
