DONEGAL’S Geraldine McLaughlin was the star of the show as Donegal Ladies beat Dublin by a six point margin today.
The Termon player bagged all three goals for her team as Donegal beat the Dubs on a scoreline of 3-10 to 2-07.
Dublin had led early in the game when Denise McKenna scored a goal for Dublin, but it was all Donegal after that in a real team performance.
McLaughlin bagged the goals but there were great scores over the bar from Lorraine Molloy and a superb point from centre half back Deirdre Foley.
It was a great result in very wet conditions in Coolock, and after the disappointment of defeat last week, sets the Donegal ladies back on track.
