LAGHEY CHARITY SINGLES TOURNAMENT
William Boggs, Ardstraw, won the Scott Shield by beating Keith Patton, Glenmore, in the final. Semi-finalists were Pat McSorley, Strabane CC and Tony Moohan, Coa. 
Other qualifiers in the final were Mark Beattie, Strabane CC, Ivor Armstrong, Wellington, Geoffrey Bustard, Glenmore, Bill McKinley, Dunfanaghy, Fred McKinley, Dunfanaghy, Robbie Foster, Ardstraw, Jean McKee, Ardstraw and Laurence Herron, Ardara.
The club appreciated the support of Harveys Point Hotel.
The big winners on the night were the Good & New Cancer Bus and Michael McLaughlin, Frosses.
Each received a cheque for €700.00.
A great effort from the club and a credit to all the members.
