Registration night will be held on Thursday 28th of February in the club house. Registration is required for all players and anybody wishing to become a club member and be eligible for tickets later in the year. 30 euro for adults and 15 for kids.
Under-age training times: Under 6 training takes place every Saturday morning at 11.15am in the Aislann. Under 8s training takes place every Saturday morning from 10am to 11am in the Aislann. Under 10 training will continue this Saturday from 12pm to 1pm at the gym in the Rosses Community School. Under 12s training continues on Thursday evenings from 6pm to 7pm in the RCS. The fixtures for all club under-age games for 2013 have been announced and are available on the club website.
The Intermediate Championship draw took place at the weekend and the senior and reserves have a preliminary round tie against Downings with the first leg is due to be played on the weekend of 27th/28th April.
Peil na mBan; Week 3 of our Development camp Tues. 19th Feb 5-6pm in Gym at RCS. Great progress with 24 girls attending. This camp caters for girls from 9-13years of age and is part of our club plan to have a continuous line of players coming through our club for the future. Girls from 14year up to minor Training is from 7-8pm in Aislann Rann na feirste on Wednesday evenings, it’s important for all girls to attend training as the u16 league start on March 26th.”Our Club, Our Standards, Our Victory”. Mouthguards – please note this is a requirement for all now for training and games as passed by GAA headquarters. This is a requirement for all senior and underage players. The Bord na nÓg request all parents to purchase the mouthguards which are available locally in any sport shop. No mouthguard – no training or playing.
