The new floodlight system at Leck View Park was officially opened last night in honour of the late Liam Blake.

A large crowd gathered for the opening – which of course wouldn’t have been complete without a bit of footballing action also.

The lights were officially switched on for the first time ahead of a friendly memorial match between Letterkenny Rovers and members of the Blake family.
