We wish to recruit two Accounts Assistants reporting to the Financial Controller and assisting with day-to-day financial operations across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Group VAT Returns
- Group Sales Reconciliation
- Preparation of Accounting Reports
- Group Bank Reconciliations
- Intercompany Reconciliation
- Preparation Letters of Credit/CAD
- Preparation of Sales Reports
- Preparation of Payroll
- Assistance with audit prep
- Accounts Analytics
- Various projects on an ad hoc basis
Key Requirements:-
- A minimum of three years’ experience in industry in Ireland. The ATI qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Accounts reconciliation and preparation experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Sage are essential.
The positions are based in Donegal Town so the successful candidate must live within easily commutable distance.
There is one permanent full-time role and one temporary role for a minimum period of six months.
