But McGrory’s of Culdaff has just been named best live music venue in Ulster by the Irish Music Rights Organisation.
Monroes of Galway won the big prize at the Imro Live Music Venue of the Year Awards, held in Dublin last night.
The popular pub, in Galway’s Dominick Street, was named national live music venue of the year, while the Olympia Theatre was Dublin live music venue of the year.
Electric Picnic won the live music festival of the year award, while Live at the Marquee in Cork won best small festival.
