A man in his sixties appeared before a special sitting of the District Court yesterday charged in relation to a crash in south Donegal at the weekend.
He was arrested following a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision at Cranny Lower, Inver, at around 7pm on Saturday.
The man was subsequently charged to appear before a special sitting of Donegal District Court yesterday.
“An Garda Síochána cannot comment on matters before the courts,” a spokesperson for the Garda Press Office told Donegal Daily.
