Plans have been lodged for a new laundrette and dry cleaners in Ballybofey.
Paul Murray is seeking a change of use from existing storage premises to a shop unit at the rear of the former Gallen’s Bar, Navenny Street.
The proposed development will also include car parking and associated site development works.
The Twin Towns has been without a laundrette and dry cleaners for a number of years.
