The man, from East Donegal, appeared before Judge Paul Kelly this morning.
The man was arrested by detectives earlier today.
Judge Paul Kelly said the man’s identity could not be published to protect his alleged victims.
A file on the matter is to be prepared and the man is to appear again before the court on April 8th.
