• Tir Chonaill A.C. invites walkers/runners/fit4life, meet and train groups to participate in a series of 5k road events during April 2013.
• Course – flat accurately marked course –starting and finishing at the clubs HQ, Abbey Voc. School, Donegal Town
Numerous prizes
➢ a series of 10 spot prizes each week – drawn randomly at the conclusion of each race
➢ hospitality afterwards
➢ provides an opportunity and a challenge for walkers, get fit enthusiasts, fit4life and meet and train groups and competitive athletes in a friendly supportive community environment

• Just turn up and register – €5 entry fee and away you go
• Run, Jog, Walk, Chat
• Annual Open Track and Field meet
On Easter Monday – 1st April – full range of events – electronic timing – over 600 competed last year
