FATHER’S PROGRAMME WORKSHOP
Father’s of children with challenging behaviours and conditions seek to be as supportive as they can of their children and also to support their partners in any way they can. Good parenting however can often seem to be a lofty ideal and day-to-day life can be difficult and stressful.
The workshop seeks to create an open space for Father’s to reflect on their particular challenges and to explore ways of managing stress and improving health through self-care and to share ideas on other structures. This workshop will take place in Raphoe Family Resource Centre on Tuesday 26th March at 10.30 a.m. If you would like further information contact Melanie on 0749145796.
