To mark ‘The Gathering’ in Letterkenny and the Surrounding Areas, we will celebrate Mass at the Mass Rock, Rodger’s Burn, Glencar on Friday 2nd August at 7 pm.

We are currently looking for names, addresses or emails for Priests, Sisters, Brothers and Lay Missionaries serving at home or abroad or who are now retired. Mary’s Meals Letterkenny Support Group will launch ‘STEP BY STEP TO FEED A CHILD’ on Wednesday 17th April in Arena 7 Leisure Centre, Letterkenny at 9 pm.

‘Step by Step to Feed a Child’ INVITES people to join us for a SPONSORED WALK (or any part of it) from Malin Town to Knock Shrine this August. The walk will be completed over nine days. The aim of ‘Step by Step to Feed a Child’ is to raise awareness of Mary’s Meals and to raise some funds. Mary’s Meals is an international charity that sets up school feeding projects in communities where poverty and hunger prevent children from gaining an education. They provide meals in places of education so that the children are attracted to the classroom. Over 730,000 children receive Mary’s Meals every school day in 16 countries – including Malawi, Liberia, Haiti, India and Kenya. The average cost to feed a child for a whole school year is €12.40. Please contact us on 086-8214024 or letterkenny@marysmeals.ie
