The men appeared at Letterkenny District Court yesterday where they were released on bail.
The three men were ordered to reside at 38 Fairgreen, Long Lane, Letterkenny.
They were also ordered to sign on once each day at Letterkenny Garda station and observe a nightly curfew.
They were ordered to appear again at Buncrana District Court on May 9th.
