A well-known Donegal band has appealed for the return of their equipment after it was stolen form their van last weekend.
The Heads of State returned to their van after a successful gig at the Orchard Inn in Letterkenny last Saturday night to valuable cables stolen.
The leads were in two bags which were taken form the van.
The bags contained many XLR (mic) leads, Jack to Jack (guitar) leads and speaker cables, Shure SM 58 and SM 57 mics and a Line 6 POD. There were also some tuners, capos and strings.
The band says the equipment will cost hundreds of euro to replace.
“If anyone comes across somebody selling any of these cables/leads can you let the band know or contact the Gardaí in Letterkenny. Or if you were in the vicinity of The Orchard on Saturday night and seen anything let us know also,” said band member Gary Doherty.
Finally, if the person who took them is reading this, please return the bags and we will say no more, we’d just like to get them back.
