The accident happened juts before 6pm in the Ballyraine area of Letterkenny.
The woman was towing a bicycle buggy with two young children in it when it was in collision with a vehicle.
The woman and the two children were taken to Letterkenny General Hospital for observation but ere not understood to be seriously injured.
