Athletes from the Lifford AC club yesterday participated in the 26.2 mile long course that took in all the sights and sounds of Derry city.
The Marathon took a challenging route that took the athletes through the neighbourhoods of the city, the rural villages, the banks of the River Foyle and the city’s two bridges before returning to the Walled City for a finish in the historic Guildhall Square.
