Marketing Person Required – Part Time/ Full Time
MacMachinery and Machino 
MacMachinery is an exclusive distributor of Recycling and Material Handling Machinery in Ireland for some of the leading Manufacturers of this equipment in the world.
This business includes; design, supply and support of machinery and complete recycling systems. MacMachinery was started in 2004 and has been expanding its product range since its existence.
Machino is a company which manufactures recycling and screening equipment and exports this equipment overseas. The company was founded in 2012 and is now in early growth stage.
The Position
The position will be initially a three month contract with the possibility to extend to a part time or full time position. The role will include the following;
- Upgrading of CRM , database cleansing and management
- Marketing Plan and Marketing Budget Management
- Preparation of all Marketing Activities, advertising, exhibitions, direct marketing, e-letters, customer research.
- Update Design of company profile brochure, company news letter, case study reports…
- Product Launch & Effective communication with all Press and Social Media where relevant.
- Commercial contract and quotation preparation for export to Machino Importers overseas. This will include communication to all existing dealers and clients.
- Updating of company’s web site, www.macmachinery.com and www.machino.ie
- Some travel will be involved from time to time
- Negotiation and control of Marketing costs
The level of work for each company will be divided according to Market requirements at any point in the year.
The Person
The person must be dynamic, flexible, innovative, positive and be able to work with all types of people in foreign and local markets.
The ability to be an Effective and Clear Communicator will be very important in this position. Computer literacy and excellent proficiency in oral and written English are essential.
Experience and or Training in Marketing is required.
Foreign language skills are not necessary but will help in some parts of daily communication.
