Donegal have named Neil Gallagher to start today for their crunch Round 4 qualifier against Laois at Carrick-On-Shannon throw in (5.15pm).
The influential big midfielder from Glenswilly was unable to start the Ulster final against Monaghan but was introduced early as Donegal were cleaned out at midfield.
His performance was one of the few positives Donegal could take from a hugely disappointing day in Clones last Sunday.
Ryan Bradley who started at midfield last week has been moved to the half forward line.
Speculation is rife that Ryan McHugh who was also introduced as a substitute in the Ulster final and impressed kicking a fine point could come in to play a similar role to that of older brother Mark who is still injured after being forced off last week.
If that change was to occur it is expected that Mac Cumhaills club man Marty O’Reilly would drop to the bench.
