THERE have been another 17 deaths in Northern Ireland relating to Covid-19.
Today’s update from the Department of Health brings the north’s death toll over 400. Since the outbreak, 404 people have died after contracting the coronavirus.
Six of those 17 deaths occurred in the last 24 hours with another 11 dying outside that timeframe.
A further 45 positive cases have been confirmed in Northern Ireland. There have been 3,881 people infected in the region.
At the moment, there are 26 people in Northern Ireland on intensive care beds.
