The clash between LYIT and Inchicore College has entered extra time after the game ended 1-1 after 90 minutes.
LYIT manager Niall McGonagle was furious on two occasions with referee Con McLaughlin when he decided not to award what looked like two stonewall penalties.
LYIT had taken the lead early in the game following an opportunistic finish from striker Dean McConnell.
However Inchicore restored parity and capitalized on some poor defending by LYIT to make it 1-1.
There was a couple of half chances for both sides to win the match and send their side into the All-Ireland plate semi-finals but both sides lacked that clinical edge.
This game has penalties written all over it as the first half of extra time nears completion and the sides are still deadlocked.
