CLOUGHANEELY REINSTATED TO DIVISION TWO FOLLOWING LEAGUE RESTRUCTURE

Cloughaneely GAA Club Notes

It has been confirmed that CLG Chloich Cheann Fhaola will again play in Division 2 of the Senior and Reserve County League folowing the fixtures meeting which was held on Monday night last in Ballybofey. GAA BALL

The proposal to have the leagues changed to 10 teams in Div, 1,2 & 3 with 9 teams in Div 4 was put forward by CLG Chloich Cheann Fhaola and we wish to express our thanks to the club delegates who supported this proposal which should see a more uniform league structure with more frequent games.

Training is going well with the Senior and Reserve teams and we hope that both teams will achieve their full potential in 2014.

Beidh imeachtaí leath ceannais de Scór ar shúil í halla na Paroíste í Gort an Choirce ar an 23ú de mí Feabhrá agus tá foirne an gclub ag cleachtadh do na cluichí. Beidh failte mór roimhe gach daoine teacht chuid an comórtas ar an oíche.

Any member of the Public wishing to enter the 100 Club are welcome to do so.

There are a few places left and individuals can contact Paddy Mc Clafferty to join the draw.

The PCC under 16 team played in the first round of the Ulster Championship earlier this week in Tyrone having won the County Final.

We congratulate the team especially our Club players who are part of this squad on their achievements to date.

A child awareness and Foundation level coaching Course takes place this evening and tomorrow in the Craoibín Centre, Termon.

Tickets are available from any committee member for the Gaa National draw. Tickets are priced at €10 and all proceeds go directly to the Club.
